Terms and conditions

1. Accuracy

Any errors resulting from the client will be rectified at the hourly rate. Any errors arising from DigiSec will be rectified free of charge.  However DigiSec must be notified of these within one week of receipt of completed work.

2. Payment

For all UK businesses, an invoice will be sent at the end of each month, payment is due within 14 days of receipt of invoice.

Payment can be made by cheque payable to C Warner or bank transfer (details of which will be supplied upon request). 

Any bank charges incurred as a result of returned cheques shall be the responsibility of the client.

3. Confidentiality

DigiSec treats all work in the strictest confidence. In addition, I will sign any confidentially documents provided by the client if required to do so.  I also have my own standard confidentiality agreement if this assists.
